I overstand that the more light anchored to the planet the higher the consciousness and vibration becomes. Through guiding individuals on their path they are able to transcend blockages and anchor more light as their channel becomes clearer and stronger.

This is turn assists the planetary and collective ascension process as the light quota increases each individual is affecting the evolution of humanity. This is the awareness that created Soul Guidance and the foundation intention for the work that Soul Guidance does.

Who am I & What I do

Essence Rising is a master healer, ascension guide, spiritual teacher and social media influencer. She has had a huge awareness of the other realms from a very early age. In 2012 after doing her sacred feminine initiation at the beginning of the Nile, on the Moon Mountains in Uganda, she fully embarked upon her soul’s contract of assisting humanity’s ascension process. She has been raising the consciousness of humanity online for 9 years now.

Her ability to assist others is born from what she has healed, transcended and mastered within herself, over many lifetimes. Connected to infinite streams of high frequency light she teaches others how to access the same and align with their highest potential. Her teachings are derived from what has been learnt through experience over many lifetimes to become the person she was always ordained to be in this soul’s journey. Over these lifetimes she completed many sacred ancient mystical schools learning many divine teachings and sacred wisdom.

Specifically for this time when humanity would need what she has assimilated, for their ascension process. She has attained many sacred keys and codes and holds activations to assist others on their path to enlightenment. She offers unique fresh perspectives to humanity’s evolution processes and how to ascend to higher consciousness. Incorporating the fundamentals of spirituality which, ultimately create freedom.
